Neil Earl (Managing Director)
Neil started working for Cowaramup Agencies under the guidance of his Father, Neville Earl in 1977.  Along with his then business partner, Rod Duggan, Neil took ownership of Cowaramup Agencies in 1981 and has continued to grow and diversify the business since then.  Neil plays a “hands on” role and continues to enjoy his interaction with long standing clients and staff.

Tim Hallyburton (Merchandise Manager)
Tim has been employed at Cowaramup Agencies for 22 years and most of those as Merchandise Manager.  Tim’s product knowledge and affable manner makes him a firm customer favourite.  His primary role is customer liaison and purchasing, and overseeing other merchandise staff.

Natalie Lyle (Office Manager)
Nat joined Cowaramup Agencies in 2007 after 11 years working for Stocker Preston Cowaramup/Down South Realty.  In her role of Office Manager, Nat takes care of financial reporting, payroll, HR, stock control, debtor accounts, OHS, system and procedural integrity, and general troubleshooting.

Lorraine Hunter (Office Administration)
Our English export, Lorraine joined Cowaramup Agencies in 2012 with many years’ experience as a Medical Receptionist.  Lorraine’s attention to detail makes her ideal for her front line role where she looks after creditors, debtors, Bulk Fertilizer orders, bank reconciliations and many other jobs.

Gary Miller (Merchandise Sales/On-Farm Deliveries)
A Cowaramup local farmer, Gary has been employed with Cowaramup Agencies since 2012 and is one of the friendly faces you’ll see at the sales counter.  Gary’s primary role is carrying out Cowaramup Agencies’ deliveries from Cape to Cape, and when he’s not in the truck, you’ll find him taking care of customers.

Mark Lisle (Merchandise Sales)
Mark joined Cowaramup Agencies in 2014 and after many years in the retail and hospitality industry, Mark is the ideal person for his customer service based role.  Mark is the primary contact for our customers, keeps the shop looking fresh and looks after our inward deliveries and customer orders.

Max Blount (Merchandise Sales)
Max has been employed with Cowaramup Agencies since 2017, starting on a casual basis before becoming full time in 2019.  Max is our general all rounder, taking care of customers, looking after shop presentation and inwards stock.  He can also be found helping Brad and Simon on one of their many Pumping & Irrigation jobs.

Kirstan Earl (Customer Service/Website Administration)
Kirstan is the better half of Simon Earl and joined Cowaramup Agencies in 2019, primarily to oversee stock control.  With 2 young children, Kirstan works part time and takes care of updating and refreshing our Website, along with taking care of our customers.

Brad Miller (Pumping & Irrigation Specialist – Senior Technician)
With 20 years’ experience in all things Pumping, Irrigation, Filtration and Reticulation, Brad is professionally trained in design, construction and electrical maintenance. He also has a sound knowledge in Iron Filtration systems, Water Treatment systems and reverse osmosis plants.  Since joining Cowaramup Agencies in 2015, Brad has carried out 1000’s of hours of work from Perth to Pemberton.

Simon Earl (Pumping & Irrigation – Technician)
Simon is the 3rd generation of Earl’s to join Cowaramup Agencies and works closely with Brad Miller, in all aspects of Pumping, Irrigation, Filtration and Reticulation repairs and installation.  Since joining us in 2018, Simon is proving to be an integral part of the Pumping & Irrigation division.

Brooke Anderson (Agronomist)
Brooke has 20 years of experience as an Agronomist and has been contracted on and off to Cowaramup Agencies for the past 20 years, to assist our pastural and vineyard clients with soil and plant analysis, fertiliser recommendations and general advice on the best procedures to improve their crops.
